Reports of emails not going out

Resolved - We have mitigated the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience and disruption of service.

Monitoring - We have been mitigating issues with our email service and we are no longer receiving reports of issues with 1-to-1 emails and the email blast tool. We will continue to monitor the situation.

Identified - NationBuilder is currently experiencing intermittent issues with our mailing service. Some customers may be experiencing outages with their email blasts and 1-to-1 emails. We're monitoring performance closely and will provide an additional update shortly.

Update - Delays to email blasts sent now are approximately 30 minutes. We are continuing to work to reduce this time.

Identified - Delays are still continuing with sending emails. We estimate delays to be now over an hour. Please factor that in when sending blasts currently.
We are working on reducing the delay as quickly as possible.

Update - The issue that first caused the delays has been resolved, but it will take some time for the delays to fully clear.
Emails are delayed roughly 45 minutes, we are working to get that number down ASAP
