Can anyone make a reservation and use ExecuCar?
Yes, anyone can use ExecuCar's service, however customers under the age of 16 must
be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the entire duration of the ride. Click

What do "meet and greet" and "will call" mean?
"Meet and greet" means you have made a reservation ahead of time and a driver will
be waiting for you at the airport.
"Will call" means you will call when you arrive at the airport to request a sedan,
and one is sent promptly to pick you up.
Can the driver meet me inside the airport when I arrive?
In all of the cities we operate with the exception of Phoenix, it does not cost
extra to have an ExecuCar driver meet you inside the airport. To do so, visit the

the local office in the city you will be traveling, and request an indoor pickup.
Where does the driver typically meet me at the airport?
For "meet and greet" service, the driver will meet you at baggage claim. For "will
call" service, the driver will meet you outside the airport, curbside.
What if my flight is late when I am arriving?
Our sophisticated tracking system tells us when a flight is late, if you have reserved
a sedan, it will not be dispatched until the flight arrives. There are no additional
charges if your flight is delayed.
Is ExecuCar a shared ride service?
We are a private sedan service; you and your party will not share your ride with
other passengers.
Why should I register with ExecuCar.com?
Registering with us will ensure we've got important information including frequently
used addresses, frequent flier accounts, etc., making future reservations with us
quicker and easier. You'll also be able to view previous reservations, cancel your
reservation online, or view the details of your reservation.
You do not need an ExecuCar.com profile to make a reservation. However, registering
with our website allows you to store information in your profile (addresses, credit
cards, airline rewards, etc.) meaning that in the future your information will be
pre-filled, saving you time.
How do I get a login account?

The login page contains a "forgot password" link with instructions on how to reset

When I make a reservation online, why do I have to prepay?
Prepayment has become the industry standard for travel related reservations made
online. Prepayment helps us reduce no-shows, reduce fraudulent reservations and
keep costs down.
In addition, prepayment is a much easier and more convenient way for our guests
to use our service. We recognize that the majority of our guests prefer to pay for
travel expenses by credit card. Once you arrive at your destination, you simply
sign for the ride instead of waiting for change or credit card approval.
Are there restrictions to booking my reservation online?
Currently we are unable to accept reservations online that do not originate or terminate
at one of the major airports we serve. If you would like service between non-airport
destinations (from your hotel to a meeting, for instance), please call our reservations
line, at (800) 410-4444.
I need to cancel my reservation.
We understand your travel plans may change. With that in mind, ExecuCar has a very simple cancellation policy: regardless of whether you made your reservation online or via our 800 number, just give us 1 hour notice prior to your pickup time and we will give you a full refund using the website, mobile website, and the official mobile apps. Refunds normally show up on your credit card account within 3-5 business days.
Unfortunately, ExecuCar cannot refund payment if cancelled with less than 1 hour notice prior to pickup time or in the event of a no-show.
At this time, only reservations that were made on our website by registered users can be cancelled online. If you are not a registered user and you need to cancel a reservation, please contact us at (800) 410-4444.
Can I use direct billing?
Yes. For our corporate accounts, we are happy to arrange for a Direct Bill account.
Simply select the payment type on our website and enter your DB account number.
Your account administrator may have assigned a password to your account. If so,
you'll be prompted for the password.
Is my information secure?
Yes. Keeping your personal information and any credit card information secure and
confidential is one of our most important responsibilities. Any information that
is exchanged between your computer and our server during the reservation process
is SSL encrypted. This can be verified by several methods:
First, the url should begin with "https." This indicates a secure connection.
Second, you should see a padlock in the status bar area of your browser when viewing
encrypted pages. You can double click this padlock to view information regarding
our security certificate.
We hope these measures provide the reassurance needed to use our online reservations

Does ExecuCar have a Privacy Policy?

What are the restrictions on luggage?
Our luggage policy closely follows that of airlines. A good rule of thumb is two
checked bags and one carry on. If your checked bags exceed 50 pounds or the total
dimensions for the checked bags exceed 80 inches (add length + width + height),
or if you'll be carrying a surfboard, crate, skis or other large items, please call
our reservation center for special instructions.
Do I need to bring child seats?
Child Seats: If you are travelling with children we strongly recommend the use of
child safety seats. If federal, state or local laws require your child(ren) to be
secured in a child safety seat, please bring one. If a child seat is required and
not provided by you, we may not be able to provide service.
How do I earn frequent flyer rewards?
In conjunction with the airline partners listed below, we offer frequent flyer miles/points,
while booking online. For more information, click on the airline rewards program
you plan to use.
A customer who forgets to include their Frequent Flyer number when making their
initial online or mobile reservation can request flight point credits for up to
45 days after their reservation completion date. No credits are provided for reservations
made by telephone since the Frequent Flyer Mileage Credit program is restricted
to only online or mobile application made reservations. To receive credit, please
provide the following information.
- Full name used on reservation
- Reservation number
- Frequent Flyer airline name
- Frequent Flyer account number (account number name must match reservation name to
be eligible
