It's August 2008, nine (and a bit) years after the initial launch of Asheron's Call, and it's now the 100th Patch, a milestone no matter which way you look at it.
Some said Asheron's Call wouldn't last this long (indeed, we've heard the doomsayers harping for about five years now), but it has, and it's still going strong!
Over nine years we've seen many changes, from the Great Migration (when Turbine brought AC back from Microsoft, and the trials and tribulations of Zone migrations) to the latest expansion, to now.
AC Vault has been here almost the whole way, and we hope to continue to be here, reporting on the game we all love, and being your source for everything AC related.
For this monumental patch, we hope all of you who have been looking at giving the game a shot - do it! There's a free trial and we don't think you'll be disappointed. For those of you who used to play, come back!
